Rising Tide Publishing and RedSensationGames have announced that Narin: The Orange Room will launch on Steam on April 7, 2026, priced at $14.99.
Inspired by Southeast Asian storytelling, this narrative-driven supernatural horror adventure places players inside an eerie school shaped by memory, grief, and lingering regret.
A Sister’s Disappearance and the Twilight Dimension
Players step into the role of Narin, a quiet first-year student searching for her missing younger sister. Her investigation pulls her into the Twilight Dimension, a distorted realm where light, shadow, and unresolved emotions twist reality into something far more dangerous.
Presented as a third-person adventure, Narin: The Orange Room blends exploration, puzzle-solving, and survival elements. As Narin ventures deeper into the haunted school, she must confront strange entities that blur the line between nightmare and reality, including a mysterious talking black cat whose true intentions remain uncertain.
Survival Through Silence and Light
Rather than relying on constant combat, the game emphasizes stealth-focused survival horror. Players must observe enemy patterns, move carefully, and use sound and lighting to avoid terrifying entities. The tension builds through atmosphere and quiet dread rather than direct confrontation.
A mysterious lantern serves as both guide and lifeline. It illuminates dark corridors, reveals hidden environmental clues, and plays a critical role in surviving encounters within the Twilight Dimension.
Rising Tide Publishing, a newly established Thai indie label supporting emerging Asian developers, previously released the rhythm title Ella Stars and continues its mission to spotlight regional storytelling on a global stage.
Narin: The Orange Room is available to wishlist now on Steam ahead of its April 7, 2026 launch.
