Man arrested for robbing woman of 53k in Tarsali | Vadodara News – The Times of India

Vadodara: A man accused of robbing a woman of Rs 53,000 was arrested by the crime branch on Friday, police said.The accused, Sandip Jadav, a resident of Panchmahal, allegedly targeted Apexa Patel near the Tarsali area while she was returning home.According to Patel, her father had given her the cash to deposit in the bank, but she could not do it the same day. She had gone to meet her grandmother with her son and was returning on her two-wheeler when two unidentified men on another two-wheeler pushed her from behind.Police said that as she fell, one of the men snatched her purse containing the cash, and both fled the scene. Jadav was later arrested in connection with the case, police added.
