
Change consultancy, North Highland, has appointed Nyla Beth Gawel as a new senior managing director. Bringing two decades of corporate strategy experience to the firm, she will focus on workforce and transformation advisory within the team.

As a result, North Highland has access to more than 3,500 experts in over 50 offices around the globe, which it can help partner clients with.
Gawel has led corporate strategy for global tech and service firms and consulting practices serving commercial, international, and public sector clients. As an entrepreneur, she founded NBG Strategy Consulting, serving senior executives at organisations ranging from global consulting leaders to midcap and technology startups, developing organisational strategies and both organic and inorganic growth plans.
Based in Washington DC, she will become part of North Highland’s workforce and strategy practice, with an industry focus in public sector. In particular, she will draw on her knowhow to help clients to unlock the potential of integrated people and technology strategies.
