    The preliminary public providing of non-banking monetary firm (NBFC) Aye Finance obtained 97% subscription on the ultimate day of bidding on Wednesday.

    The preliminary public providing (IPO) obtained bids for 4,42,21,288 shares in opposition to 4,55,32,785 shares on supply, in accordance with the NSE information.

    The portion for certified institutional consumers (QIBs) fetched 1.5 occasions subscription, whereas the class for retail particular person traders (RIIs) obtained subscribed 77%. The portion for non-institutional traders obtained solely 5% subscription.

    On Tuesday, the IPO of Aye Finance obtained a lukewarm response from the traders for the second straight day, garnering 16% subscription.

    The corporate has mounted a worth band of ₹122-129 per share, valuing the corporate at ₹

    3,184 crore on the higher finish of the band.

    The ₹1,010-crore IPO includes a recent problem of fairness shares value as much as ₹710 crore and a proposal on the market (OFS) of as much as ₹300 crore by present shareholders.

    The corporate proposes to utilise the web proceeds from the recent problem to strengthen its capital base, supporting future capital necessities arising from the growth of its enterprise and asset base.

    Aye Finance is scheduled to listing on the BSE and NSE on February 16.

    Categorised as a middle-layer NBFC, Aye Finance focuses on lending to micro and small enterprises (MSEs), a phase that is still largely underserved by conventional banks.

    As of September 30, 2025, Aye Finance operated throughout 18 states and three Union Territories, serving round 5.9 lakh lively prospects, with property below administration (AUM) of ₹6,027.6 crore.
