Strukton and Avineon Tensing have extended their partnership. The railway company will now have the support of the consultancy to build and maintain a digital railway that runs “24/7 without disruptions”.
Avineon Tensing is a consultancy firm which gives advice to utility companies, governmental agencies and other companies about the use of geographical information. It partners with a diverse range of organisations who rely on Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) a geospatial extract programme, and geographic information system software Esri for their critical operations.
The firm’s experience spans government, providing stable and reliable GIS platforms for municipalities, provinces and water boards in the firm’s native market of the Netherlands; utilities and safety, ensuring high-availability systems for essential services; and engineering, supporting industry leaders like Heijmans, and Strukton, who require robust data pipelines for complex infrastructure projects.
Strukton is a company that creates and maintains railway, road and concrete networks in a safe, futureproof and sustainable way. In recognition of Avineon Tensing’s expertise, the firm has announced an extension of the partnership between them.
A statement from Avineon Tensing on the company’s LinkedIn profile confirmed that since the firm recently started implementing a new, future-oriented GIS target architecture, it had reached “a new milestone with Strukton”.
“The construction and infrastructure world never sleeps,” the firm continued. “Whether it’s nightly maintenance or weekend projects; Data and processes must always be available.”
Avineon Tensing’s managed services are now building a digital railway line that “continues to run 24/7 without disruptions”. As a full-service GIS partner, the firm will continue to assist Strukton “in every step, from strategic business consulting to realisation and day-to-day management”.
The firm concluded, “A big thank you to the Strukton team for their trust. On to a future with maximum peace and reliability in the operation.”
