Leonard Curtis Legal has promoted Jenny Fell to senior solicitor. The move comes as the firm’s corporate team continues to grow amid rising demand.
Jennifer Moore, head of corporate and commercial at Leonard Curtis Legal, commented, “Following her qualification, Jenny has played an increasingly prominent role in larger corporate transactions, consistently demonstrating high standards of professionalism and competence.”
Fell has been with Leonard Curtis Legal since the firm’s inception in 2016, and has developed into a key member of the corporate team, providing advice and support across a broad range of industries and transactions. She was the first member of the team to undertake the SQE assessments, qualifying as a solicitor.
Moore added, “Her promotion reflects both her technical expertise and her ability to lead and support both colleagues and clients effectively. She is a highly valued member of the team and her contribution continues to strengthen our corporate offering.”
Leonard Curtis Legal advises businesses on corporate and commercial matters, insolvency and debt recovery, and dispute resolution. The firm has grown considerably in recent years and was listed in Chambers & Partners UK within the SME category for 2026.
Founded as a legal and strategic business advisory, Leonard Curtis Legal delivers legal services in a way that aligns with clients’ business strategies and goals to support SME owners and their stakeholders. As an alternative business structure (ABS) alongside Leonard Curtis, the team can call upon the other parts of the group and give legal advice as part of a larger integrated solution for businesses.
Recent years have seen the consulting industry expanding its reach into the legal market. With the consulting space seeing growth slowing, it is seen as a major opportunity to expand revenues.
