With more than 20 years of experience across banking and consulting, Rezwan Shafique has joined Elixirr’s partner team. Based in London, he brings a track record of helping financial services leaders translate strategy into transformation.

Most recently, Shafique was a senior principal in Arthur D. Little’s global financial services wing. He previously served as head of Hong Kong at Capco, head of consulting for Delta Capita in the UK, and COO for emerging markets trading at Credit Suisse.
Across those roles, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, delivering complex change programmes at scale. He specialises in bringing innovative business models to market, and executing large-scale transformation agendas.
