Ellucian Formally Acquires Anthology’s SIS and ERP Enterprise
The strategic restructuring introduced by Anthology in October is taking part in out as deliberate, with Ellucian finishing its acquisition of Anthology’s Scholar Data Programs and Enterprise Useful resource Planning enterprise on Dec. 31.
Background
Within the October restructuring, Anthology introduced it could divest its Enterprise Operations, Lifecycle Engagement, and Scholar Success companies and submitting for Chapter 11 chapter in an effort to right-size its funds and deal with its core instructing and studying merchandise. Trying Forward
Encoura’s acquisition of Anthology’s Lifecycle Engagement and Scholar Success enterprise is predicted to shut in early 2026.
