“Dwelling Alone” star Daniel Stern is off the hook after getting hooked by police for allegedly attempting to rent a hooker … ‘trigger the felony case towards him has been legally terminated.
In line with court docket officers, Daniel’s attorneys appeared in court docket Friday for the primary time since prosecutors in California charged the actor with soliciting prostitution … he wasn’t there himself, however his case was heard and dismissed.
A rep for the Ventura County District Legal professional tells TMZ … “The defendant did what he was purported to do. He accomplished his schooling class and earned a dismissal. That is our commonplace disposition for first-time prostitution offenses.”
TMZ broke the story … Daniel was issued a quotation in December for allegedly attempting to rent an escort at a resort in Camarillo, CA … and final month he was formally charged with against the law.
Now, it seems like Daniel’s put this all behind him.
