On every little thing from territories to tariffs to tech rules.”

Von der Leyen additionally mentioned that the EU wanted to “formalise the advert hoc beginnings of recent safety collaborations” with international locations together with the UK, Norway, Iceland and Canada, work in defence coalitions that won’t embody the entire bloc’s 27 members, and develop army capabilities.
