    Celtic have approached the Scottish Skilled Soccer League to query whether or not the right course of was adopted over the postponement of their recreation at Aberdeen.

    The Scottish Premiership recreation, which has been rescheduled for 4 March, was known as off at 16:20 GMT on Wednesday – fewer than 4 hours earlier than kick-off.

    Aberdeen contacted the SPFL at about 13:30 to request a pitch inspection amid concern over a waterlogged goalmouth on the Merkland Stand finish of Pittodrie.
