    Artemis II would be the first crewed mission to the moon since 1972 — the 12 months of the ultimate Apollo mission.

    “Whereas NASA will wait to set a launch date till groups have reviewed the result of the moist gown rehearsal, Friday, Feb. 6, and Saturday, Feb. 7, are not viable alternatives,” NASA mentioned in a press release.

    “Any extra delays would lead to a day for day change.”

    After the roughly 10-day mission, the craft is predicted to splash down within the Pacific Ocean.
