US civil rights lawyer and activist Nekima Levy Armstrong says she was “disgusted” after the White Home posted a picture of her arrest which was edited to point out her in tears.
She was detained for organising a protest towards Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in a Minnesota church final month.
BBC Confirm’s Jake Horton spoke to Levy Armstrong concerning the manipulated picture and the backlash she has confronted.
