New Delhi: Blue Machines AI has entered into a strategic partnership with Cartesia to deliver India-resident, low-latency conversational Voice AI solutions for enterprises, with an initial focus on regulated sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and healthcare.

The companies said the collaboration aims to address two key priorities emerging as Indian enterprises move from pilot projects to full-scale deployment of conversational AI — natural multilingual voice experiences and India-resident data processing aligned with regulatory requirements.

Under the partnership, enterprises will be able to deploy intelligent voice agents capable of understanding intent, executing complex workflows, integrating with existing enterprise systems and responding in multiple regional languages with ultra-low latency. The offering combines advanced voice technology with real-time orchestration capabilities to enable scalable, context-aware voice solutions.

The companies said India-resident data processing would help enterprises meet regulatory, governance and auditability requirements, particularly in highly regulated sectors. The solution supports multiple Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Marathi, allowing organisations to deliver hyper-localised interactions across customer care, onboarding and collections.

The platform enables deployment of multichannel voice agents across telephony and digital platforms. It supports real-time speech generation and intelligent workflow execution to reduce response times and maintain consistent voice quality during high-volume interactions. Enterprises will have the option of on-premise or cloud-hosted deployments.

Blue Machines AI’s Voice AI stack manages the end-to-end call lifecycle, including telephony connectivity, real-time audio streaming, dialogue orchestration and integration with CRM, banking systems and internal APIs. Cartesia provides conversational AI model infrastructure designed for ultra-low-latency speech processing in Indian languages, hyper-realistic voice generation and streaming responses that allow smooth conversational flow, including during interruptions.

Highlighting potential use cases, the companies said banks deploying multilingual collections and service voice agents could reduce collections operating costs by up to 45 per cent and improve promise-to-pay conversions by 15–25 per cent. In healthcare, hospital networks could cut no-show rates by 25–40 per cent and achieve 30–50 per cent faster appointment confirmations through automated, low-latency voice interactions.

For telecom and utility providers, the companies said voice agents could increase Tier 1 query automation rates by 60–80 per cent and reduce call centre costs by 30–50 per cent, while improving customer satisfaction scores.

Arjun Desai, Co-Founder of Cartesia, said enterprises are seeking voice experiences that are fast and natural without compromising on control and reliability. He added that the company powers millions of daily voice interactions for global customers and is strengthening its commitment to the Indian market through its new Bengaluru office.

Nirmit Parikh, Founder and CEO of Blue Machines AI, said compliance and regional language support are foundational for Indian enterprises. He said the partnership enables organisations to deploy India-resident, multilingual Voice AI workflows with the performance, governance and scalability required in regulated industries.

The companies said they plan to expand support to additional Indian languages, introduce new enterprise workflows and collaborate on ongoing model improvements to drive faster deployment and measurable business outcomes for enterprises adopting Voice AI.
