T’puram: Former Travancore Devaswom Board president and devaswom commissioner N Vasu received statutory bail within the Sabarimala gold heist case on Wednesday. The Kollam vigilance court docket granted him bail with situations. Vasu received bail as a result of SIT didn’t file a chargesheet inside 90 days of his arrest. Vasu is third accused within the kattilapadi case. In the meantime, the remand of accused Pankaj Bhandari, Govardhan and Okay S Baiju was prolonged by 14 days. The court docket granted bail to Vasu after listening to his bail plea.
Vasu is the fifth accused to be launched within the case. Following Unnikrishnan Potti and Murari Babu, Vasu is now out of jail. As soon as bail procedures are full, Vasu will probably be launched from jail.
