India national cricket team Thrash Pakistan national cricket team by 61 Runs; Dressing Room Drama Unfolds

The 61-run defeat to India has created chaos in the Pakistan cricket team. The manner in which Suryakumar Yadav and his team defeated Pakistan is the biggest victory for India in this format to date. The scene in the dressing room after the match was a sight to behold.

According to reports, head coach Mike Hesson became furious with the players in the dressing room. He bluntly reprimanded the team, saying that the players did not even perform to their potential. The coach was completely displeased with this kind of surrender against a team like India.

The management’s think tank made a major and tough decision late last night. Now that the situation has become critical, Babar Azam and Shaheen Afridi are set to be benched for the next match. Fakhar Zaman, Salman Mirza, or Naseem Shah will be given their place in the team against Namibia on Wednesday.

Pakistan Board President Mohsin Naqvi was present at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo during the match. However, upon seeing Team India’s dominance and Pakistan’s near-defeat, he angrily left the stadium before the match ended. He sent a stern message to team manager Naved Akram Cheema that such poor performances in such big matches would not be tolerated.

Pakistan had defeated the United States and the Netherlands, but this crushing defeat against India has shaken them. Now, the match against Namibia is a do-or-die one for them. Any mistake there will mean the end of Pakistan’s journey.
