SHILLONG, FEB 3: In a big growth, two people, Balbir Ahirbar and Lokendra Singh Tomar, arrested for allegedly destroying proof within the high-profile homicide case of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, have been discharged because of inadequate proof.
