Rain, Hailstorm Bring Chill Across Rajasthan; Temperatures Dip Below 30°C

After the rain and hailstorm, the temperature in Rajasthan has fallen, causing a chill in the state. The maximum temperature in the state was below 30 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature was below 15 degrees Celsius on Thursday. This caused a moderate chill in the morning and evening and cold during the day.

According to weather experts, temperatures are expected to rise in the next day or two. The mercury may rise above normal, reducing the morning and evening chill and bringing a mild warmth during the day. During the past 24 hours, light fog prevailed in some areas of the northeastern region of the state, while several districts remained partly cloudy until the afternoon.

Light cloud conditions were observed in various districts like Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Bharatpur, and Dholpur, which led to temperatures lower than 30 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 31.2 degrees Celsius in Phalodi and Barmer.

The morning and evening coolness was evident, and the minimum temperature in most cities remained below 15 degrees Celsius. The lowest minimum temperature was 10.4 degrees Celsius in Alwar and Fatehpur.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain dry and clear in the state for the next week. Bright sunshine during the day will increase temperatures. Maximum temperatures in western Rajasthan districts could reach 35 degrees Celsius or more. This will increase the mild heat during the day, while the morning and evening coolness will decrease.
