A Federal choose on Saturday rejected a request from state officers to right away halt the federal immigration enforcement surge in Minnesota.
The courtroom stated the plaintiffs — the State of Minnesota and the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul — failed to offer enough proof to justify using an emergency order to right away halt U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) exercise within the state.
