World funding agency KKR and Singapore’s Singtel have agreed to accumulate a 82% stake in ST Telemedia World Information Centres, a number one information centre colocation companies supplier, from founding shareholder ST Telemedia for a complete consideration of S$6.6 billion ($5.1 billion).
