Many are questioning if the upcoming third season of HBO’s The Final of Us might be the present’s remaining set of episodes, and that seems to be more and more doubtless.
HBO programming boss Casey Bloys was requested by Deadline if the third season might be its final, and he replied, “It actually appears that approach.” He did not completely verify something, although, as Bloys went on to say, “On choices like that, we defer to the showrunners. So you’ll be able to ask them.”
Season 3 is predicted to premiere someday in 2027, although HBO has but to set an official date. Craig Mazin is the only showrunner for Season 3, following the departure of Neil Druckmann.
