Dozens of canines dressed as alligators, fairies and superheroes gathered Saturday at a Rio de Janeiro Carnival avenue social gathering as their homeowners protested cruelty towards pets. The canines wagged their tails to samba music, ate a scrumptious breakfast from a number of bowls and made new associates on the so-called Blocao, a standard occasion throughout Brazil’s greatest bash.
